Single Source Services was founded in 2012 by James Trompke when he decided that companies, big or small, needed a one stop shop for all their facility needs. While originally offering janitorial and painting services, in our over ten years in business we have added many other vital facility services to our portfolio, including construction, finish carpentry, moving and storage, water and mold restoration, waste management and many more.​

In 2015, Jim's son, Brian, joined the company as a part time Field technician. After spending many years in multiple roles, Brian became President. Overseeing all company operations, and adding more services to complement our existing portfolio of services including our IICRC Certified 24/7 Water Restoration Division and Junk Removal and Sanitation Division
