Single Source Services, founded in 2012 by James Trompke, aimed to be a comprehensive solution for businesses' facility needs. Initially focused on janitorial and painting services, the company has since expanded its offerings over the past decade to include construction, finish carpentry, moving and storage, water and mold restoration, waste management, and more.

In 2015, James' son, Brian, joined as a part-time Field Technician. After gaining experience in various roles, in 2024 Brian was named President, overseeing all operations and introducing new services, such as the IICRC Certified 24/7 Water Restoration Division and the Junk Removal and Sanitation Division, to enhance the company’s portfolio.
