James Trompke,
Owner/ President
James Trompke is the President and owner of “Single Source Services.” He founded the company in 2012 to provide services to businesses throughout New England. Offering a versatile list of services enables Single Source Services to cater to companies such as health organizations and state and municipal agencies, as well as privately owned businesses of all sizes.
Prior to Single Source Services, Jim had a long career as a facility manager. His responsibilities were to manage a diverse group while maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all associates and business units. Supervising a dedicated workforce of over 200 associates and outsourced employees was one of the most rewarding experiences of his career.
Jim modeled Single Source Services from his experiences, by bringing a distinct group of services to customers who need quality staffing to fulfill their needs. We continue to grow our business by providing the services our customers need, hence the name “Single Source.” We are here to resolve your facility matters so you can focus on your business!
Brian Trompke
Vice President
Brian Trompke joined Single Source Services in 2016 as a Field Technician running work orders and also working with payroll. Prior to working at Single Source Services, Brian worked for over 9 years at a nationwide electronics retailer as a manager running the Computers, and Computers repair department. While working there Brian also split his time continuing his education and receiving an Associate’s Degree in I.T. Security.
Since working at Single Source Services, Brian has taken over different responsibilities including running the 24/7 Flood and Restoration division, with his IICRC Water Restoration Certification and also assisting in running all aspects of the business.
